| Re: Oklahoma D-day 2008 - Allied Recruiting Let's carry this through PMs, so we don't hijack the Allies' thread.

| Re: Oklahoma D-day 2008 - Allied Recruiting Man i would give anything to be able to go to D-Day. But i just don't see how i could afford it. The paint alone for something like this would be hundreds, let alone the travel/hotel/food. Sigh...maybe someday...

| Re: Oklahoma D-day 2008 - Allied Recruiting It's not that expensive. Paint was $65 last year. It depends on how long you're there and how much you play. But you have 8 months to make/save the money.

| Re: Oklahoma D-day 2008 - Allied Recruiting Every now and then something comes along that's almost to good to be true. That's what happened this past weekend with the announcement that our Allied Command had acquired it's first 'real' piece of armor, an almost completey restored White half track. ![]() ![]() Plans call for the vehicle to become the cornerstone of our 2nd Armor Group, which is under the command of Maj. General Keith Mitts. According to keith he plans to use the vehicle during the event, not just as a static display. If you'd like to be part of one of the hardest charging Allied units out there, Keith's unit is one you'll want to consider. From the beaches of Normandy, to Caen and everywhere in between, the 2nd will serve as the muscle behind the Allied drive to defeat the German forces of darkness.. Sincerely, |

| Re: Oklahoma D-day 2008 - Allied Recruiting That's my old command, Redneck. Charles is a great commander, and you won't be disappointed.
