DFW rocks... We just did a big work day out there and cleared out the underbrush around the red base to the MOUT site. I'm on pins and needles wiating for this game.

Will Hurricane Ike have any possibility of postponing this?

Not at this point...

Due the the latest weather report of 50-60 mph sustaianed winds and 6 inches of rain, Mad Ivan's Scenarios and DFWAP have made the hard choice of moving the game to the following weekend.

We feel that a little rain and bad weather in no reason to back out of a good game. But, the extreme weather would pose to much of a hazzard for us to justify holding this event.

We have already had more than 50 players from Houston, Corpis Cristie, Nachadoches and Brian let us know that they were not able to attend due to very real problems involving Ike. Our prayers are with them and the whole coast.

The game will be held as planned on Sept. 20-21. Pre-registration is now extended to Wed. 17th. If you have pre-reged and cannot attend we will be happy to roll your registration to any scenario that Mad Ivan's Scenario or DFWAP in holding in the next year. We are also willing to give a refund if needed.
