Ghillie Suit Picture Thread!

Hey guys, id like to see some other peoples ghillie suits theyve maid or bought. People take pride in their ghillie's and there is usally alot of time and effort put into making them, (or time put in working to buy one) lol.

Here are some pics of mine! All hand made with jute twin, burlap (shreaded piece by piece), and some old camo tshirts. Spray paint was also used to give it some different effects.









Here are some mods ive done to it

First was the thumb hole.

I took a brown shoe string and sewed it there. Its used to keep the sleeves down when crawling.





Second i sewd fabric to the front to help keep the BDU in good shape. I removed all the pockets off the front and cut up a old rubber poncho. I even used the hood from the ponch of my ghillie hood.







And another addition is kind of a girdle thing. I sewd a shoe string to the back of the jacket and a loop to the front of the jacket. This keeps the jacket from going up when i crawl.
