| I've broken a few push-pins on my A-5 before, and although I could not justify the cost, I broke down and figured I'd be down with my push-pin-purchasing by buying these stainless steel push-pins. I bought them off eBay from a dealer that has a store which goes by the name of Alamo City Paintball (or "acpball") and really figured the product would be a nice look to my A-5 that already has full stainless hardware. The dealer was polite and shipped quickly, however once I installed the push-pins I was very upset. The push-pins are about .015" smaller than the stock Tippmann push-pins and the retention bearing (not a crimped wire) could not hold the pin in there to save its life. Coupled with the small OD and the weak retention bearing, this thing would not last 5 minutes in my hands during a game. If I was to take my A-5 to a game with these pins and have them fly out and my marker fall apart I'd be in hot The use of Symbols, Letters, Number or any other method to dodge the Language Filter is Prohibited - Invictus. Do not buy these pins. Not only are they expensive, but they do not fit. Wish they would, they are a great idea. With 10 being the highest, I give them a 0 because they do not even work. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Re: Alamo City Stainless Steel Push-pins for the A-5 I got these push pins and I had the same problem they dint fit and they were bright shinny silver. so I'd give it a 2.6 out of 10 |

| Re: Alamo City Stainless Steel Push-pins for the A-5 Not to hijack the thread, but I've tried the same Alamo pins and they didn't fit either. So far the absolute best solution is to buy the G3 H&K forearm pin. It's the same dimension as the Tippy pins, and it's solid parkerized heat-treated steel with a heavy duty spring to keep it locked in place. It's a real steel firearm pin, so you know it's meant to last! I've been running a set in my A5 for a long while now and haven't encountered any problems with them. They cost the same as replacement Tippy pins, but you get better durability and quality with the HK pins. Well worth the cost. If you ever order some, remember to get the small pin (forearm pin). | Re: Alamo City Stainless Steel Push-pins for the A-5 You can order them from one of these folks, all very reputable and reliable sources, they have the best prices: G3 Parts - HK91 Parts - HK 91 Parts - HK-91 Parts - HK Parts - Cetme Parts - Original German HK Parts (has the absolute cheapest prices, takes phone orders only though, great mom & pop operation to do business with and fast shipping.) HK Parts | HK 91 HK G3 HK G3K HK 51 PTR and Clones (a bit more expensive, online shopping cart, reliable company.) Again, if you order make sure you buy the small push-pin (they are usually referred to on most sites as HK91 or G3 forearm pins.) |

| Re: Alamo City Stainless Steel Push-pins for the A-5 just so everyone knows the HK pins aren't a "perfect fit" either. if you run any type of stock forget about using them, they are thinner than the a5 pins and let the stock wable/move. $26 bucks down the drain, ima try regular allen screws or a clevis pin next |

| Re: Alamo City Stainless Steel Push-pins for the A-5 I Don't Get It Whats Wrong With The Standard A5 Tippmann Pins? Why The Need To Find A Upgrade? Mine Work Fine, Sure I Have Broken One But It Was My Stupid Mistake Of Only Having The Pin Half In And Banging The Stock It Sure Broke, But Got A New One And They Work Just Fine. |

| Re: Alamo City Stainless Steel Push-pins for the A-5 I have broken 2 stock pins on my A5. I have the G36 folder and I have 1 solid pin that I am running on the bottom stock/reciever hole and I need another solid for the top. I bought the gun used so do not know where they got it. I am thinking of running a bolt also if I cannot find one. |
