| I ordered a CCM Pump kit for my autococker on 10-21-08. As of 3:30pm Today i had still not been charged and my merchandise had not even been shipped. I called thier Customer Service phone line and the answering machine said "We will not return phone calls. Use the e-mail feature on our website". I had called AND used the e-mail feature the day of the order to leave delivery instructions and still today have not been contacted! I called today and left a nasty phone and e-mail msg. Within minutes i recieved an e-mail saying, "I am canceling your order!" I then called CCM Directly and spoke with Melissa. She was awesome and took care of me. I informed her that one of her dealers was a jackass and she more than apologized. Her customer service was great! All in all, DON'T order from Bulldog Paintball, Play with the Big Dogs !!! | Re: Bulldogpaintball Sucks! Sorry to hear about your problems with them. I have ordered Phantom parts from them in the past and had a good transaction. But their shipping did take quite a while. I'm not trying to defend them, just state my dealings with them. |

| Re: Bulldogpaintball Sucks! Sometimes small businesses do not want to keep stock. They will advertise but not have anything on the shelf. When you order they will delay a few days hoping to save a little on the shipping and have more than one thing they need to order. Not very good customer service. Should at least been in touch with you. You are correct in that Melissa is good at her job! CCM does try to maintain its reputation. |
