Haha, try living in Norway. It costs about 2,36 usd per litre, thats 8,61 a gallon, try to beat that. ( btw is why i don't have a car ).

Here in the San Francisco Bay Area...where oil refineries line the bay...where Chevron Headquarters lives...our 87 Octane Unleaded (lowest octane) has been reported as high as 4.39 USD and Diesel as high as 5.09 USD.

I can't even comment on how all kinds of ridiculous this is. (...where's the 'mad' smiley...)

3.98 the other day in CT, but i don't complain. the way i think about it is, if I'm not gonna actually do something about it, then I'm not gonna whine either. But they are getting up there and yea its definitely taking a toll on the wallet.

Oh and i saw it for .99 4 days ago!!!! Thats right .99 a gallon of 87. Some small gas station was doing customer appreciation day out in the boonies. The line was Miles!

I remember when i first got my license gas was 1.23 a gal

keep in mind there is like 3.8 or so litter per gallon so if my math is right thats $5.32 per gallon :/
