Yeah I am addicted like none other, in fact I'm playing it right now LOL. The online is amazing, but the campaign mode will suck you in!

COD4, but on PC. I hang out on the Stompfest (local LAN party group) StompFest, the server is at 206.196.124.174

I play on the 360. Even though the graphics are awe-inspiring and the single player is brilliant, I feel the multi-player lacks because it's mostly respawn and it's basically all action all the time. There really isn't much skill, stealth, or teamwork involved, which I believe was the basis for great online games such as SOCOM.

I must admit, however, that I'm jealous of you for I won't be able to get Socom: Confrontation.

Online has tactics if you play team tactical or search and destroy, or at least I think so, I have never played socom though, heard its a great game!

I have enjoyed the SOCOM series and I do prefer it to COD, but both are amazing. The single player was fantastic but a little short I think.
