MGS4 was awesome but I think its beaten by 1 and 3.
The later parts of the game were not very stealth friendly.

well heres my 2 cents on your 2 cents resistence was a very simplistic (LAUNCH) game i havent played the marvel one but im sure it was one of the first..... this happens with every system i mean look what xbox was launched with origanally that Munches odessy or some crap it was a horrible game , but since then look what has been released ps3 is still in its infant stage of games it have barley any compared to xbox out right now but then again the xbox has been out a few more years too. To what you mentioned about the tv's LCD and PLASMA screens are becoming a dime a dozen, regular projection tv have been stopped being manufactured and you can pick up a low budget "LCD/PLASMA" for 300$ (not alot of money) the quality is worth it btw , once u see both beside each other you would understand.... and the oline doesnt lack anything, full friends list fully custom update auto dl, its all worth the coin my friend just give it a chance

Metal gear solid beats splinter cell 4 to 0! Haha. I loved all of the MGS games and this one really completed the circle. BTW I love my 360 ftw!!

I'm not knocking the PS3.... just saying it's not offering me anything that makes me want to buy one. Nor does it even make the ppl I know that have one want to play theirs.

Why would I want to drop $300 on a 19" LCD tv when I have a perfectly good 27" I got for $150? and the price isn't an issue. As far as resolution goes I like Army of darkness but giving it a better resolution doesn't make me like it more... some ppl like movies based on writing, plot, and entertainment value not how clear the picture can be. As long as it doesn't look like a handheld bootleg, I (and speaking only for myself) am perfectly fine.

The promise of MGS4 & FFXIII has been helping keep the PS3 afloat from what I've seen (even my local gamestop has made that clear) so they better get on the ball game wise after those titles have calmed down. Resistance may be a simplistic launch title but that's all I heard about how freaking great it was until they started taking MGS4 reservations.

I'm not saying that the PS3 sucks... I'm not a fanboy of any system. When the PS2 came out I'd have killed someone in front of their own mother for one. The PS3 just never even make me take a second glance.
