This Forum has a lot of history behind it. If you don't know anything about this history and tradition then go read about it here after you are finished reading this.

All of your dedicated staff members are here by choice. They have all agreed to give extra time to help run this new A5OG. We were all members of the old versions and enjoyed them so much, that is why we are back here today. We know how much this place meant to us and we want it to mean the same thing to you.

If you have not noticed yet, we are not pbnation. We are not the Special Ops forum, we are not the Tippmann forum. We operate differently than all those places. Why? Because we are holding everyone here to a higher standard. A higher standard of post quality. That means spelling and grammar, and higher quality of attitude. We do not and will not allow anyone to get off with slandering anyone else, or giving a lack of respect to anyone. Respect is given here. No one needs to earn it.

We all have a responsibility to uphold this place in the same way it was upheld over the past years. Anyone who can't do that might want to leave right now and save us the headache.

This is a great place guys. This is a place where we can all come and not have to deal with any crap from anyone. Lets all do our part to keep it that way. if you have not read through the rules section yet, you better go do it now, maybe twice.

Agreed. Watch yourselves. I don't care how long you've been around. It's simple. Don't flame, argue with staff, spell around the swear filter and others that you know are wrong (or would if you read the rules).

The truly sad part is, if you've ever been on a forum, you could probably recite our rules verbatim without seeing them. There's nothing special or hard to follow in there. Common sense and courtesy go a long, long way.

Seems like we're doing this every month or so, no?

This is probably the most helpful and knowledgable board I've come across, whether it's general paintball boards or other owners groups.

Agreed. This board has been plenty helpful, and has a mature community. I especially enjoy not having to filter through a bunch of juvenile posts about "why mine is better than yours" and the like. Hats off to the staff!

Just today I rated this forum as "run by adults" to a friend and highly recommend it to any PB players that want honest help and/or info.

The problem I see is the ones that will read and follow these rules are the ones that already are. It is like preaching to the choir. The ones that will not, are the ones that usually are the worst violators and will continue to do so because of their ignorance. Maybe the moderators should start a section on politeness and courtesy. Offenders should have to read through and take a quiz after they are done before they are allowed to post again.
