When you pay for 2nd day shipping and get it on the 3rd day because of the hand-off to USPS...that's not 2nd day service. And you deserve a shipping refund.

Oh, and I don't live in Canada, just FYI.

I have noticed most of the issues are when DHL hands packages off to canada etc. This package is staying in the lower 48 so hopefully they dont screw it up. If they do I WILL be getting my money back.

Yes, I would agree with both of you. Thats why I said I dont know if they hand it off at all if its a fast shipping service such as 2 or 3 day etc..If I were the shipping company I wouldn't take the risk. Even if they deliver the package as next day air, then hand it off "hoping" the post office will get it delivered the next day for them wouldnt be the best bet. They DO have DHL trucks they could dispatch to deliver the time sensitive packages, but who knows. That certainly would be the most effective way to keep people happy. Ordinary ground shipping isn't fun though.
Cant do much about it now, let us know how it works out.

Bottom Line shipping to Canada via DHL stinks. The company I work with only uses UPS or USPS to ship across the border.

What company do you work for? Paintball stuff possibly?

I often have that problem with DHL and USPS - the tracking information is never updated, and then...bam, your package is on your doorstep.

I just re-read the thread I mentioned at Spec ops. They make some pretty outlandish claims about USPS. I seriously doubt 20% of the packages they sent via USPS never made it. Me thinks that if even one percent of USPS parcels went missing your congress would be all over that in a heart beat. Nothin like a good witch hunt to boost the poll numbers LOL.

i ordered a stiffi barrel and a vortex mod, and i did ground shipping it was supposed to be there in no more than 6-7 days it took them 14 days, (no wonder why it was so cheap)
