| Re: A question for you Air Force Guys CCT all the way. You're going to get hired when you get out based on your professionalism first, your resume second. So don't fail to go after something you want, simply because you think being a radar tech will get you a job at Lockheed when you get out. Two things will happen - a) that alone won't get you a job, and b) you'll be tired of radar anyway.

Thanks for the encouragement, I do have to say that everytime I see you post here you always know your stuff and give good advice. I'm leaning toward CCT ever so hard now.

| Re: A question for you Air Force Guys wow just to add, after making my final decision today I'm so stoked on my choice: Combat control. A conditioning partner who joined last november as a combat controller came back today and offered me some advice, and left again back to Dover, where is girlfriend lives. The point is that for the first time in my life I feel like I'm making a truely correct decision about my future. So at this point I have three months to get myself into shape for basic, then Combat Control Selection Course. Thanks again for all of you PMed me and posted advice.

| Re: A question for you Air Force Guys Congratulations on your decision, Maverick. Don't worry so much about being able to apply your specific training to a civilian job. Just being in the military goes a long way. Also, if it's something you want to keep doing, anyway, you might find yourself staying until you retire.

| Re: A question for you Air Force Guys Oh, and just cuz I'm congratulating for serving doesn't relieve you of the large amount of ribbing you'll get from me for being Chair Force, er....Air Force. I was married to an Airman for a few years, so I still get the right. Go army! :P
