I purchased a J&J Edge Elite barrel kit from Hustlepaintball and when I received it I first noticed that I had the 12", 14", and 16" version instead of the 10", 12", and 14" version that I ordered. I also found out a few days ago that I had a defective front for my 14" barrel because it seemed to look different than the other two fronts, and won't fit on any of my backs. I called Ethan at Hustlepaintball and he told me he would send me the tips for 14" and 10" barrels. He seems to be very nice and to the point, since I was off the phone within 3 minutes and he said he already put in my order with J&J who had a manufacturing issue and a shortage of 10" barrels. He said I should be receiving them soon(I'd estimate 1-2 weeks) which doesn't bother me, since I will have 4 fronts and 5 backs now, for a combination of 20 different barrels.

Conclusion: Great customer service and hopefully my items come soon. Can't beat the prices, so I will deal with them again.
