Even though some don't like the prices that opsgear sells their gear for, one of things that I have been impressed with is their customer service. I got off the phone with them today about a stock I bought back near the end of 06' that broke, well, I was deployed to Iraq during the order time, and since then the Order number for the purchase was lost by a database crash they suffered. But even after that and the fact that the stock had been painted numerous times, they still took it back, and now are giving me a brand spanking new one!!!

Way to go Opsgear!

I checked my email a couple hours later, and they had already shipped my stuff UPS! It should be here today, 5/22
