This is a Paintball online retailer located in Ontario,Canada, that I have dealt with once before and was pleased by the way they would deal with their customers. They would respond to emails on a consistent basis about anything that would deal with their online store. The moment I would send an Email to "John" at PPP a few hours later I would get a response that is right to the point.
My first product that I've ordered from PPP was a Tiberius arms T9 CONVERT. The purchase was roughly around $450.00CAD and it came with free shipping over $150.00. When I first received the package, I was quite thrilled by the fact that when I've first open the box, it was stuffed with Styrofoam peanuts which a note congratulating on my purchase and even included a free 4+3 Pod pouch (which was really nice of them to do so.) I was quite pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.
But that all changed when I ordered a year later from the same company from the same web page.
I was pleased with my first order from the company that I've decided to order from them again. I've filled out my list, asked questions and had a responded to them quickly, and ordered from them. All things seemed well till I got my package in the mail.
1.)The shipping box was not properly packaged, (it was all thrown into one big box without any padding or Styrofoam peanuts inside the box
2.) It was the incorrect color of the Broadsword vest ( I ordered black, but got digi camo.)
3.) the Tippmann box seemed open and the packaging inside is destroyed (pieces and chunks of the Styrofoam outline came off when I opened the box, and even then the box seemed to have been open before.)
4.) Was charged shipping of close to $40.00 when it states right on your main home page that shipping over $150.00 is free! (my order was well over $800.00)
I was quite confused about the package. How could a company within a year have this happen when I've first ordered from them initially in 2007? I've sent out an email to "John" at PPP about this and now I am awaiting a response. I will post updates to the current situation on this forum to see if the situation can be resolved
- My first initial order from the company had a rating review of 10/10 in my opinion
- But now with this second order, my review rating for this online retailer would have to be a 5/10.
All in all, I had become quite displeased with this company and probably will not order from them again unless this can be resolved.

| So that is my story to tell, but I have also been warned that a company "MILSIG" has blacklisted them and has released a public warning about their practices. Quote:

I have confirmed reports by customers that they took away the magazine, the included accessories (asa adaptor, tool kit, tank adaptor) and told the customers that they're "extras". The removed items were then re-sold back to the customer for additional charges.
Be warned that the factory markers do come with all of these accessories INCLUDED in the same package.
The Canadian Distributor has kindly ask them to stop this practice and to reimburse customers they had ripped off, but thus far, they've ignored our requests and we have no choice but to blacklist them and warn the public of their dishonest business practices.
We at MILSIG have already stopped supplying this dealer and I hope that I can warn potential customers from dealing with this crooked business.

nelson@milsig.com | I just want to warn people that this company has become corrupt in their business practices. Also, I believe that they may even do this to other products such as the Tiberius arms line and they're selling used markers as "new". So as a warning, please avoid this company at all costs, I have sent them an email with my complaints and hope that they will respond soon.
as a request, I hope that the administration can sticky this post or at least make it available for people to see, and also contact the owners of Tiberius Arms to see that they're products are not being misused and sold by this company.
