Corporal: 50 posts + 50 reputation + 30 days membership

Sergeant: 150 posts + 100 reputation + 60 days membership

Staff Sergeant: 300 posts + 250 reputation + 90 days membership

Master Sergeant: 500 posts + 500 reputation + 120 days membership

Sergeant Major: 1001+ posts + 750 reputation + 180 days membership + recognition from staff
