| Re: Sr 25 sniper or another m4 carbine I have been looking for a metal replacement for my stock. I broke my plastic one after playing twice... Does anyone know where to get them a little cheaper than $30.00 plus shipping?

| Re: Sr 25 sniper or another m4 carbine Well I have decided to go with the M4. The reason is for function. I am building it to shoot fast and accurate at close range. I would rather have a very good regular barrel and have ball on ball accuracy at 150 feet. I have been playing a lot indoors at the Gooseberry mines in Reno Nevada so the rapid fire and short compact marker is what I need.

| Re: Sr 25 sniper or another m4 carbine The Pictures will be up soon. part of my winter project for the A5 was making a custom floating hand guard using my factory barrel adaptor. That of which I will provide a complete tutorial. I have to do some jb weld and filler material then give the A5 a coat of paint. I am going to go and buy my new butt stock tomorrow so it will be here in about a week. then i will color match the tan butt stock and paint.

| Re: Sr 25 sniper or another m4 carbine id go with the sr-25, my buddy has one and its pretty nice, he got some weaver rails and drill and tapped some holes so that he had weaver rails at the end of the shroud, the only complaint i had is that all the weight is in the front even with everything on it,what did we do? we unscrewed the butt stock tube and threw in a piece of metal in there, that added weight evenly through the marker, it is a bit heavy for most people standards, but my take on that is that after a summer of lugging that thing around he got a lil bit stronger in the arms and now he doesnt even notice the weight until he picks up another marker! i did the same thing to mine and i have the opsgear m82 shroud and witha bi-pod and 18 inch barrel in front it was a lil front heavy until i added the weight in the butt stock! |

| Re: Sr 25 sniper or another m4 carbine and in real life the sr-25 is a different version of an ar-15, same bolt and everything just at a bigger caliber! 7.62mm (.308 win) but they are the same thing just different barrels! i have shot one when i was in the army and its a sweet rifle!
