"To clear up any confusion, this game is being held at Command Decisions Paintball in Taylorsville NC. It will be a 24 hr game set September 20th and 21st 2008. Below you can find more information such as links to the field, google maps page so you can calculate how long of a drive it will be for you, and also a link to the forums that will be used for this game (not active right now) any more questions feel free to ask and we will try to answer them as quickly and best as possible. I started this topic in another thread and there seems to be a bit of interest in it. We are trying to get planned a A5OG NC/SC regional game. We are currently planning on the end of summer/beginning of fall as a time frame for this. But before we decide exactly when and where to have it we would like to see exactly how many people might be interested. I know we have already had one forum member expressing interest that he would like to make shirts for the event. So feel free to throw up any opinions you may have about this.

After much consideration and talking over with various forum members. It seems like it would be easiest if we go to a pre-planned scenario game. After review of NC fields, scenarios, and members locations I think we have come to the conclusion for now that the september 20th-21st 2008 game at Command Decisions Paintball in Taylorsville NC, would be the best suited game and field for what we are trying to accomplish. From the looks of it we might have a good handful, if not more of Operator Strike Force members there. With this said, hopefully we can get this a OSF designated regional game. The goal will be for all of us to register on the same side and all play together. I know many of you, including myself are on a team, we will work out registration, sides, and all the other details when it gets closer to the game. Right now we just want to get a feel of who and how many are interested and give enough time for you to plan and save for this game. This game is welcome to newcomers, veterans, first timer scenario players, friends, family, team mates, everyone! Anyone who knows me or has played with me and my team on the field knows we take it pretty seriously, but most of all, we like to have fun. Thats what this sport is all about, just having fun. So leave whatever you have sitting on your shoulders behind, whether it be work, school, family, it doesnt matter once you hit that field. So come sling some paint and make some new friends!


September 20th-21st - Command Descision - Kohima - 24hr

MPP at CDP: (the following is subject to change but prices should be close along these lines)

$50 Pre Reg with a $10 Air Fee so $60 total there. Add $10 for late reg fee.

Paint priceswill hopefully be at $40/$50/$60 depending on grade. We may see a $5 hike on each case if the distributor uses a refridgerated truck and the field gets charged for it.

I asked about the A-5 because I could possibly get a group together, but not everyone is an A-5 Owner. They really don't know what they are missing.

I think as long as they know someone thats a a5og member thats all that matters.Cuz we all know the more people the better. And if we have a big enough group we are likely to work out some kind of deal with a field. Also to those of you local members that really dont play anymore we could always use some extra reffing or if this gets big enough possibly generals.

Another thing we got to t hink about is do we all want to meet up at a scenario and be all on the same team? or do you want to do a members only (and friends) kind of game and work out details with a field. It is really up to everyone on how big we are going to make this game. could be a little 5v5 or a bigger game with missions and props, etc. or more of a attack and defend type game.

Well, depending on the time and where it would be held, my team would have about 11 or more in it. And if they all came, that'd be cool. I don't know, with everyone's schedules and the like what it would do to get those together.
What kind of centralized location are you thinking about?

Not too sure, I think we should compile a list of fields and see where the largest group of people(OG members not the entire teams/friends) are located and and then work off of that to see what is easiest for most people. Because there are tons fields all across NC

Im down Fonz! After running with you guys in Charleston, I'd love to get a game going with PCM. Let us know as the time gets closer. I'll prolly see you guys next month at Command Decisions too
