Oh boy! last weekend i ended up diving into a bunker, my vest caught something on the ground came to a stop real fast but i kept going, ended up doing what skateboarders call the scorpion where your feet go over your head from behind (face in the dirt). feet went all the way past and i ended up in a sitting position. basically a front flip without the grace or beauty.

All in all i got to where i was going, made 3 eliminations from my newly earned bunker to end the game and got to walk away without back pain. YAAA!

i usaully slide on my ass, or run up fall on my ass, and shoot from there. Cause i can lay down and take a nap :P

The way I play, I don't get to dive into bunkers a hole lot, but my favorite time that I did dive into a bunker was when I came running at it from an angle and I leaped/dived over the bunkers front right corner, planting the gun on the ground as gently as possible while I let my momentum carry my feet over my head and I rolled out of the back left corner of the bunker where I promptly shouldered my A-5 and shot the guy who was shoot at me in the goggles. After the game he couldn't believe I had rolled right out the other side of the bunker and shot at him so fast.

i actually do dive down pretty often just because it gets you out of sight and into cover alot quicker. you have alot less mass in the open or ready to hit if you're lying down too.

Sometimes alot, but most of the time very little. If I am taking heavy fire and need to change position quickly, I run to the best cover and baseball slide to it.

i voted rarely because never was not an option.i am to old to dive headfirst into anything and in the woods there is rarely a pile of soft material to dive into.heck on the field i get called jason as i never even run,just walk from tree to tree.

If I do a Superman dive, I crush my 10 round tubes. Baseball slide is where it's at. Although I'm deffinately investing in sliding pads before I play next. My hip was killing me after the last time I played.
