CIRAS MOLLE vest
I just got this in the mail yesterday. Got it from tactical replicas. All of the pouches came with it except the hydration pouch. It is very comfortable and easily adjusted.

It looks like they no longer have them on the site but if you e-mail them they will special order one for you. If I recall right they have them in OD, Cyote Brown, ACU, multicam, and black. The owner, Larry, is a great seller.

Dang, Nice vest. Now, do the ciras vests adjust alot? becuase for someone who's 5'7" a lot of vests don't fit me. Its a tragedy to be short. lol.

Thats funny. I'm 5'7 too. It fits fine. The shoulders can be adjusted for height. It will fit just about anyone.
