| Re: How do you play in the woods? i try to combine it. set up an ambush, designate some flankers, and once the flankers strike, go in for the kill. or just suprise the heck out of them via a ballzy charge. the latter is allways fun ![]()

| Re: How do you play in the woods? More or less the same as Rob said. The best is absolutely to try to combine the both so that the opposition has no idea what is going to happen. Depending on terrain and scenario there are always a prefered way to play. |

| Re: How do you play in the woods? I do neither specifically. And never just run and shoot anything. I always have a plan, even if it is quickly formed. But sometimes I seek out the opponents, and sometimes I let them come to me. Both can even happen in the same game.

| Re: How do you play in the woods? I'm with most people here. Doing what the situation calls for is probably the best route. My absolute favorite would be to do a squad out on patrol type deal with a squad supporting each other. It's hard to find people who want to play like that though. |

| Re: How do you play in the woods? Once again, I'll follow the crowd It all depends on the mish, my team, and how I'm feeling. If it's a typical day of rec ball then I'm typically the sprinter off the break to set up flanks then I make like Eminem and lose myself. Bad joke. But this allows me to communicate enemy positions and then pick shots accordingly. If we're talking big games then it's charging up the middle, barking orders to my friends (try not to get too bossy when there are strangers or else I'm "that guy"), and pushing until I get tagged in the neck. We'll see how this season turns out with my new setup. I'm hoping for a more recon role with my new set up. I vote "flanking". |
