I'm a "general" in this case. I prefer captain or commander but whatever. Usually with our team, Maple Core, I lead... unless I'm watching one of the squad leaders go at it. I got stuck being cap because no one else wanted to and, well, I've gone from zero experience to being able to get a team of walk-ons to run a complex strategy and win. Great feeling! Great learning experience too!

Kudos to all the other team leaders out there! And to the squad leaders too! It's a tough job but someone's gotta do it!

my role in milsim is sniper/heavy gunner. in one game my team General surreder i kind of became a General in one game

while I do captain a small squad within the team, I roam on my own, linking up with other elements of the team wherever extra support is needed.

My role varies on game, but I usually play back up player for the designated scout.(i usually get picked first for this position), If the scout is killed i become a sniper. (My prefered status. lol)

If their is no use for a sniper in a game i usually play a light "midplayer" rilfeman.
