I can't say that this does, or does not, occur, but I can say that it's certainly not the case at the two fields I primarily play at. They are both very obviously predominately woodsball fields.

all I want to play is woodsball,
anyway, and the old tippy a5's are all I need, for that, except I am going to get a bt tm7, I think when they finally get the rip clip out for it, i just like how small, light, fast, and cool it looks.
I must idmit for me mil sim vs ray gun sim, it has to be mil sim. I got a couple ray guns cheap off ebay to see what the hipe is, ya they shoot fast as hell, ya you are very reliant on Batteries, which I don't like, thats why I use a rt. in my two a5's , they just fell all top heavy and akward, and for me all I have the need to play is woodsball. So to say doomed, well I guess a speed baller whould say that.

if a person complains about it not being right for speedball then they need to switch to another marker. it preforms fine if ya just grow some more muscles lol

I just don't see the allure of speedball. It's too fast for me. Everything happens so quickly, and if you're not doing exactly the right thing at exactly the right time, you're hit with a rope ten feet long because some kid's parents bought him an Angel for his 14th birthday.

It's the same reason I don't play Counterstrike. It's a twitch-fest that's nearly always won by the people with the best reflexes and equipment. Woodsball is tactical and methodical. Speedball is Red Bull and Shockers.

exactaly plus speedball you use up so much paint. i mean i could afford it but i dont want to go out and shoot a case of paint in one 5 minute game . sure if thats what your into by all means go for it but its not for me. id take a a5 over mini, shocker, ego, or angel any day, the only reason i would take one is to sell it and but like 4 a5's lol.

I personally like to rock it "coffee and Viking" style. Sometimes "Gatorade and Pneumag", and there are also the "Latte and S-6" nights.
