What do you do when you find yourself alone, all your team mates are taking that long walk back to the start line, and there are at least 5 players left on the other team?

a) Its impossible

b) If you win, you have an epic story to tell

Yep. I'd second that if the occurrance wasn't so rare. I'm usually watching the last guy as I make that walk, lol. Just thinking about it though, the last time I was in that position I kinda hid for a while then popped out like a madman, "guns a' blazing" style but without the screaming. I guess it depends how I feel at the time but I'm voting for "Try to pick off the players one by one".

If it was a standard game I would try to keep playing and eliminate them. If it is a respawn game I would keep playing and eliminate them if I could but probably just try to keep them pinned down until my support came back. But like in all things there are variables and it would depend on what was happening at the time.

never giveup,and runnin around yellin with guns blazein does not work for those that smoke as much as i do so tryin to pick them off one by one is the best of the givein options.

Find better cover and either wait for them to come to you or try hunting them. The going down in a blaze of glory only works on TV. Never give up and make them work for the win. Like Blackrain says, "Pull the pin and see what happens."

I was playing a game in skirmish where it happened like that. We were playing in the pentagon fort where the other team had to ring the bell or mark all players to win. I was the last one left and I held down that fort for a good 8 minutes untill the time ran out and my team got the W. I got it all on video ^__^

this has actually happened to me twice.

1st time (deep woodsball): once was sneaking stealthily up on the opposing teams fort. i took alot of time so i would not be detected. just as i got to the tree line of the fort, the ref called the game because he thought no one was left on my team. i stepped out and surprised everyone. didn't win that one

2nd time (city combat): i picked them off one by one. i was running all over the place trying to keep from getting pinned down. several times i would take cover and fire just so that i could catch my breath. ultimately, i took everyone out.
